booked fitting at 3:30pm so took 1/2 day off in the afternoon.  left office at 1pm and met baby at admiralty station, ate lunch at City Walk Festival and headed for our fitting...  ummmmmmmmmm  chose 2 out of 5 wedding gowns...  whole fitting progress used 30 mins only!  so fast...  Surprised  then asked me to fill in the rating for the company and started talking about the package..  this is the craziest part!  we had to made the decision whether we gonna upgrade the package now!!  勃然大怒  then i said "ha?!  why can't i decide after photo shooting?  what if we don't satisfy about it?"  i mean people will upgrade if the pictures turn out nice...  seems like they're not confident with their photo shooting skills or something.....  that's funny!!!  then the server said "oh..  no need to worry..  we have satisfaction warranty...  if u're not satisfied about it, we will retake...  if you decide not to upgrade now, we'll charge you by each photo you decide to add after photo shooting."  what the hell?!?!  and she said when u guys did the booking, our staff should tell you about this so just as a reminder...  we were like "she didn't mention anything about money!!!"  whatever~  目瞪口呆

 

then went over the "terms & condition + pay list"...............  pay extra money for flower ball during photo shooting if we need...  make up fee for groom = $100...  eye lashes = $90 x 2...  bla bla bla...  my gosh...  疑惑  but these are inevitable...  so must paid them...

 

of coz we said "no, we're not gonna upgrade!"  doesn't make any sense...  ummmmmmmmmmmmm

 

what kind of sales strategy is this??
