holy crab.. went cycling from 2ish to 7pm...  from shatin to tai po...  of coz did take some rest in between if not i gonna die...  omg haven't cycling for decades since i know how to drive... wakakkakaka  dis da first time i ride so freaking long after gr. 12...  pain in my ass n legz..  i sweat n dehydro like hell which i feel so happy...   wakkakaka  feel so good after exercising coz giving me excuses to eat more...  oops...  yeah so afta dat went to arcade and ate viet food...  kekeke..  what a nice day...
