Met up hobee @ quarry bay station and went to our first flat...
得利樓 Flat 829 (5xx")
near Quarry Bay MTR and walk time about 5 mins
house age: 30+ yrs
rental: HKD 6500
- Renovation = 0%
- No furnitures.. i mean NONE.... except air cons and 熱水爐... hahaha
- two rooms + 1 living room
- looks old and crappy
- old fashion tiles...
- all windows are facing other buildings very closely which mean no privacy + some windows won't open at all (views aren't good).
then went to Jordan for 2nd flat...
富麗閣 16/F (318")
near Jordan MTR and walk time around 2 mins
house age: N/A
rental: HKD 7000
- Renovation: wall painted + new tiles
- sofas, shoe closet, bed, 熱水爐 included
- need to walk a few of steps before reaching the entrance (with gate).
- elevator reaches 15/F only and need to take stairway to 16/F -____________- that's no good
- newer but smaller than first flat
well... we won't rent at thist stage just to look around and see what we want and how we feel and what we need
best if partial furnitures are included + newly renovation + in hk island!!! muahhahaha... of coz the rental price will be a bit higher~
