因為老公張COPR在六月頭expire, 上年十一月決定今年五月三十日離港... 坐AC單程比較平宜...

AC original flight at 7:40pm... earlier receive email notification about change of time to 6:15pm...

Arrived airport at 1:15pm but AC counter only open 3 hrs in advanced which was 3:15pm... zzz

Arrived AC counter at 3:15pm already a long line up. Luckily we did online checkin earlier and baggage drop off not a huge line up.. only 1 person ahead of us..

Due to COVID-19, there are restrictions of entry to Canada...

AC check-in requires:-

Passports
Marriage certificate
Children birth certificate
COPR (I mentioned it was issued and approved before mar 18, 2020)

I added got “goods to follow”... AC then asked if we purchased single way and asked us to wait and they contacted CBSA directly by instant message to see if we could enter Canada. Meanwhile waiting we can’t proceed with baggage drop off... so we stood there and waited for confirmation... thats took around 30 mins... successful checkin at around 3:50pm

8 luggages and 8 handcarry... olala

Boarding at 5:50pm... however due to technical issues delay to 6:30pm then to 7:40pm end up boarding at 9pm..... zzzz

5:30pm van time arrived... escalators not opening and no planes arrive except us... very silent

6:00pm: Arrivecan app - download in hk earlier and input... so the officer input token for us.. took few mins (is pretty similar to the isolation form)
6:10pm: Machine for printing tickets
Waited awhile for custom
6:30pm: Custom - check printouts and passports... i said landed immigrant with copr for my husband and returning citizens for us. Asked if he’s my husband 😆😆, how long did i leave Canada and ask if we aware of isolation... very nice
6:45pm: Get luggages very fast and smooth
7:00pm: Took us a bit to find immigration counter... its near exit as i worried couldn‘t come back after exit... hahaha immigration not a lot of people... next queue was us... officer looked for COPR and asked 3 simple Y/N questions according to COPR, wrote down kids name and dob although they are canadian and address for the PR card to be sent then chopped/signed and asked if we had goods to follow. They only look for goods to follow but not the accompany goods... she praised I did a good job. As I calculated subtotal and total and copy 1 more set... (she added if all doing like this will make life much easier) feel so proud of myself hahaha then asked us to be seated... I asked how long will it take for the PR card to arrive, she said 3 months 😳😳😳
Another officer took in room and 2 mins later they said perfect... congratulations and welcome to Canada!! Soooo nice and warm! 😊
7:15pm: Self isolation plan which I did online plus print out 1 copy just in case with confirmation #. Showed it to them and asked if someone will get us food and who’s gonna pick us up... and if anyone staying with us... 14 days quarantine... more or same questions
