雖然這個家是租的 （因為香港的樓價實在太貴... 業主之前有問過我們有沒有興趣買但當時買不起）但住了8年，唔多唔少都會有感情....加上業主實在太太太好人... 租金不是加了很多... 很easy going...知道我們要搬走也很關心... 我們坦誠沒有時間把傢俬電器清走... 他想也不想說: ”冇關係.. 留在這... 我弄...” (當然清潔費再租金扣)... 難到明天搬走你們今晚睡在地上小朋友沒電視看嗎... 心裡真得很感動... he is very considerate and kind person找到好業主很難得也很幸運... 我也希望業主可以找到好租客

Another mission completed!住灣仔真的很方便... revenue tower, immigration tower, home affairs department 全部都係灣仔... 行都行到去... XD 
In order to withdraw MPF earlier, will require to check the requirement from your insurance company as they may have different procedures.  Normally it will take around 30 days to proceed.

One of the major items is to clear taxes before leaving HK.  Document/ID required:

IR56GIR56BHKID

I informed company that I would be leaving HK permanently upon resign with 1 month notice.  Company is responsible to provide IR56G and IR56B forms to proceed with tax clearance in Revenue Tower (IRD).My last day was May 2, 2020 and kept chasing company for the IR56G/B forms..  finally got those forms on May 11, 2020 (today)!!  Really need to follow up closely or else will miss the deadline!!  Company will let you know which floor to go otherwise can go 1/F to check.So.. today at around 11am, I went to company got the 2 forms and went to 26/F straight... luckily not a lot of people and filled the tax forms and requested for tax clearance and letter of release the same day as company was holding my last payroll...  Since paper work has to be done, the lady asked me to come back again after 2:30pm.  Left at 11:35am.

年頭還覺得不知道可以做什麼幫小朋友退學... resign... shipping... packing... cut mpf... etc etc 好像又太早
四月了... 終於覺得日子越來越接近... 有真實的感覺...工已辭... 學已退... 現在慢慢地一點一點收拾Throw away lots of stuffHope everything will be smooth by then... 🍀🍀🍀

到藍妹同表弟出世既時候已經好想影多一次全家幅... 但係佢地太細個..

Today is our 7th years wedding anniversary~
In chinese, 7th years wedding = Copper Wedding = 像銅一樣不會生鏽~  Very meaningful~
